Insurance Disclaimer - Keeping Care Simple and Focused on You
I believe that true healing happens without a middleman. That’s why I do not bill insurance—so I can give you the time, attention, and holistic care you truly need without restrictions from companies that prioritize cost-cutting over well-being.
I gladly accept cash, cards, checks, and HSA/FSA payments. Because I charge for my time rather than itemized procedures, I do not provide superbills. After years of working within the insurance model, I saw firsthand how it devalued patient care, rushed healing, and created unnecessary hurdles. By staying independent, I ensure that every visit supports your full-body wellness—physical, emotional, and energetic.
If finances are a concern, please reach out. I’m happy to explore options to help you get the care you need.

Office Policies
At Cycle of Life Chiropractic, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and healing environment for every patient. To ensure the best experience for all, please review the following office policies:
Payment & Financial Policies
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and HSA/FSA cards.
I do not bill insurance or provide superbills. This allows me to focus fully on your care without interference from third parties.
If finances are a barrier to care, please reach out—I will always do my best to work with your needs.
Respect & Safety
This is a judgment-free space, and I ask that all patients treat me, my office, and fellow patients with kindness and respect.
Chiropractic care involves close physical contact, and your safety and comfort are my top priority. Please communicate any discomfort or boundaries at any time.
Honesty is essential—accurate health history and open communication allow me to provide the safest, most effective care for you. Your care is entirely confidential.
Appointments & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the full appointment fee, as I reserve time just for you.
Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. If you are running late, I will do my best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened out of respect for the next patient. If I am running behind with another patient, I will do my best to still provide your full session.
Boundaries & Professionalism
As a female solo practitioner, my personal and professional boundaries are firm. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of care.
This clinic is a healing space—any conduct that disrupts the peaceful environment, including inappropriate comments or aggression, will not be tolerated.
If I ever feel a patient would be better served by another provider, I will make the appropriate referral with care and professionalism.
Your Role in Healing
Chiropractic care is a partnership. I am here to guide and support your healing journey, but your progress depends on your commitment to follow through with recommendations, exercises, and lifestyle changes.
Every body is different, and healing takes time—trust your process and be patient with yourself.
If you have any questions about these policies, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you for being a part of Cycle of Life Chiropractic!
